stomach for years, working with ATP Personal Training coach Anita helped her to redefine her relationship with food and allowed her to finally solve her digestive We coached Maggie into healthy habits.<\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;We worked on one change at a time: Tracking calories in the beginning. 17\/21 meals controlled. Weekday meals planned and week end flexible, understanding nutrition labels, eating real food, getting enough sunlight, no screen time, sleep quality etc.&#8221;<\/span><\/p><p>Stacking small 1% habits over time can lead to dramatic changes.<\/p><h3>2.Maggie prioritised daily sun exposure<\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Daily Sun exposure has\u00a0 whole host of benefits: it helps with vitamin d synthesis, boost immunity, lower blood pressure and improve sleep through enhanced melatonin production.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-33 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-b8fd6b3\" data-id=\"b8fd6b3\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b3dfebf elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"b3dfebf\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\"><b>Nutrition<\/b><\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c9abdf8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c9abdf8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3 style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-style: normal\">1.Maggie now prepares most of her meals<\/h3><p>She had suffered from debilitating digestive issues before working with ATP Coach Anita. Switching to 90% home prepared meals was a big factor in improving her symptoms.<\/p><h3>2. Cut down on refined carbs\u00a0<\/h3><p>Consistently eating refined carbs can lead to hunger, cravings and low energy. Maggie cut back her consumption and improved her cognition, and lowered her inflammation.<\/p><h3>3. She took control of the weekends<\/h3><p>Maggie worked with her coach Anita to ensure that weekend eating was managed as part of the overall plan, this helped to end an &#8220;all or nothing&#8221; mindset and created more accountability.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-33 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-caf6201\" data-id=\"caf6201\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b19e1d2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"b19e1d2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\"><b>Activity<\/b><\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e5ee918 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e5ee918\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>1.Focus on the muscles you can&#8217;t see in the mirror<\/h3><p>Maggie&#8217;s training was focused on the back of her body, in particular the muscle of the glutes and hamstrings- Coach Anita explains:<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8220;To improve her physique and posture\u00a0 we worked on building strength in her back, glutes, quads and hamstring post ACL injury.&#8221;<\/span><\/p><h3>2.
