formula (Daily routine, Nutrition, Activity) has become part of his normal life, so we asked him how he manages a high powered job, daily exercise and a sweet-tooth, while staying at a level of health and fitness.\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element-ef79079 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ef79079\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight:bold;\">Benoit prioritises his training:<\/span>\n<p><em>&#8220;I like to train early in the morning before work, because it helps me to channel my energy and helps me perform better in every aspect of my day.&#8221;<\/em><\/p><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight:bold;\">He gets daily sun exposure:<\/span>\n<p><em>&#8220;Something that I always try to do wherever possible, is to spend even just 10 minutes outside in the sun.\u00a0 It brings me so much positivity and I find I am even able to control my temper better (so the teams under me at work are thankful!)&#8221;\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Daily sun exposure has a whole host of benefits: it will help with vitamin d synthesis, boost immunity, lower blood pressure and improve sleep!<\/p><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight:bold;\">Hydrate<\/span>\n<p>Like most of our clients Benoit ensures that he drinks plenty of water throughout the day, often with added electrolyte tablets. He starts each day with a glass of water and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.<\/p><\/li><ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-33 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-b8fd6b3\" data-id=\"b8fd6b3\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b3dfebf elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"b3dfebf\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Nutrition<\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c9abdf8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c9abdf8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight:bold;\">Start the day right<\/span>\n<p><em>&#8220;I no longer skip breakfast and I find that I have more energy in the mornings.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Some of our clients like to skip breakfast, some find that they need the fuel and prefer to kick the day of with a traditional breakfast. Find what works for you.<\/p><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight:bold;\">Prepare most of your meals<\/span>\n<p><em>&#8220;I try to cook as many of my own meals as I can so that I know roughly how many calories I am consuming.&#8221;<\/em><\/p><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight:bold;\">Stay in balance!<\/span>\n<p><em>&#8220;I do have a sweet tooth, but if I plan to indulge in dessert then I\u2019ll make sure the rest of the meal is balanced and healthy.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\nSustainable transformations aren&#8217;t build on dietary extremism. You don&#8217;t need to make needless sacrifices to get where you want, instead understand that long term success is about understanding the trade offs and compromises.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-33 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-caf6201\" data-id=\"caf6201\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b19e1d2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"b19e1d2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Activity<\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e5ee918 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e5ee918\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight:bold;\">Building muscle is anti-aging<\/span>\n<p><em>&#8220;I found that building some\u00a0muscle greatly improved my running times and with better posture I no longer have back pain from sitting at my desk for long periods of time.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Benoit discovered that building muscle boosted his performance and strengthened the postural muscles that had resulted in getting back pain.<\/p><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight:bold;\">Find new passions<\/span>\n<p>Benoit started out training 3 times per week at ATP Personal Training.\u00a0 He reduced that number to twice per week training and no supplements with his own cardio training and he has recently started kickboxing.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;I weigh almost the same as I did in my 20s but I have much more muscle now.&#8221;<\/em><\/p><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight:bold;\">Focus on performance<\/span>\n<p>By focusing on his performance in the gym Benoit was able to knock off 10 minutes form his best 10k time.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
